Question ID205L error during firmware update

Hi, during a firmware update I see a continous restart after 4 or 6 % of the update process using Veryfitpro app.
Now the smartwatch show an icon with an arrow but I'm not able to do anything with the smartwatch or the app...
Someboby knows if there is a way to reset the device or to reload the fabric setting?

I have exactly the same problem. The brand of my watch is LIFEBEE but I believe we are talking about the same smartwatch model ID205L. Ik looks like it is sold under different names.

I contacted the vendor who suggested a couple of options to try to reset the smartwatch. None of them worked so he is sending a new smartwatch to me.
