If i choose my vpn in a different country, will i be able access all of netflix?

I have express vpn and i live in the USA. If i choose my server location as Australia or something else like that will i lose full acces to netflix?

The Australian Netflix library is a lot smaller than the U.S., so you'd be seeing a lot less content if your VPN made out you were in Australia.

So i should just do it in america? I wasnt planning on doing it in Australia. It was just an example.
