in os linux mint mate, videos Sometimes stuck In quality of 1080p HD,

even this videos with full Load bar from the internet.
but in quality of 720p hd, no problem,
in other operating system there is no problem,
so how fix this?
it's any videos of quality of 1080p HD from any web site.
stuck= in other words=unstable

if your using the the native Linux player try the VLC player for Linux

It seems to me the linux have problem that Not giving to Displayed Properly via internet videos in Quality 1080p hd.
in os windows there is not this problem.

I don't use chrome due to it can be a issue [opinion] can you go back to your native Linux browser and see if any change ?

I use mint 17 but don't recall any issue like yours , but just may not care to of notice if so ?
