Insight hd cable, need to open case? What type of screw is this?

So insight would not let me return my cable box, so I had to buy it. I want to open the case and remove the hdd but don't know what type of screw this is or where to buy the bit to remove it.

I'm surprised that no one knows what this is. I kinda wanted to keep the case intact so that I could reuse it for a HTPC, but I guess I'll be taking a dremel blade to it soon.
