installed SD apps only surveys how to avoid them?

Each time i install any app on my lenovo 2 tab, opened ap goes to surveys and doesnot let me to use the app....what should i do to make it gone?

Surveys? I have no idea what you are referring to. Any app you install should be installed to the phones "Internal" storage unless you set up the SD card to also show as "Internal" storage (which isn't automatic, you have to set it up that way).

if i download apk file and install it from sd card- opening installed apk file opens as a surveys app,telling me to do ,,this and this step by step" before letting me use the app
