installing usb 3.0

i have an dell inspiron n5030 it has usb 2.0 it does not have pci express slot it does have sdmmc/mspro slot is there any way to install 3.0 physically or with any kind of adapter trying to get better transfer speeds

Those are part of the card reader, so I dont think so

says there one open mini slot on your laptop. i would email dell support or post on dell support see if anyone has added a usb 3.0 card into that port.
