Is Asus AI suite 3 reliable?

I have been using ai suite 3 for reading my cpu and motherboard temps. My idle temp is about 30 degrees celcuis. But i dont know if these readings are reliable as i get higher temps in bios. My motherboard is the a88x-gamer and my cpu is the a10 7850k. If this is not a reliable software can someone leave a link to a reliable temp monitor. Thanks

Make sure you have the latest version of the Suite and the BIOS, and crosscheck with something like CoreTemp
