Is it possible to upgrade my laptop's processor?

I have an ASUS X555LN Notebook
Processor: intel Core i7 4510u @2.00ghz
Could i be able to upgrade it to any core that has atleast up to 3ghz base frequency?

No, doubtful that your CPU can be upgraded. Most laptops cant be upgraded that way.

This is the single biggest reason to buy a desktop over a laptop - when it comes time to upgrade to something more powerful, a laptop simply has to be replaced.... you are limited to RAM and hard drive / SSD upgrades only (though these upgrades can still make a BIG difference)
