Is Kaspersky OEM What I Am Looking for?

I am looking to buy antivirus for myself and a family member. I have a custom built computer and my family member has a manufacturer laptop. Would 2 Kaspersky 2013 OEM discs work for both systems? I plan on purchasing them from newegg as they are currently on sale for $10 each. What is the difference between OEM and non-OEM antivirus?

If you go to say Futureshop and you buy Kaspersky that is retail box. They are the cheapest in my area to buy kaspersky. It is usually single license for $10 (it says on the box 1 license).
Or
$30 for 3 licenses (so 3 pc's).

OEM comes in box, non oem usually is just cd with key. Most times only sold with computer.

Please check how many licenses you get it should say on box, usually bottom right hand corner of box (looks at 2013 Kaspersky Internet Security box here)
