Is LoJack removal?

Recently bought laptob and now it says LoJack is reading my locations is it possible to remove or bypass this? It is a blank white screen that's says Fresno unified school district and that it is on lojak and has option to enter number passcode I can not get out of this screen

It sounds like you purchased a stolen laptop. You probably need to turn it in to Fresno school district or the local police authorities.

You will receive no help on this board in bypassing any security features because the rules of the board prohibit it.
