Is my laptop overheating or is this normal?

my cpu idol is 50-55c idol gpu is 48-50c idol and my motherboard is 50-55c idol

and when im gaming my cpu is 69-70 gpu is around 61c and my motherboard is 69-70c

is this normal? when I game it they hit the temps instantly but they don't get and higher.

First of all, it's IDLE.

Second of all, for a laptop, those temps are probably fine.
