Is my nic broken?

Hi everyone, I’m hoping to get some help with my laptop. I am unable to connect to the internet via WiFi or Ethernet cable. I restarted the adapters, reinstalled the adapters, restarted computer, and nothing. In network and sharing options I don’t even see the adapters anymore. Attached are a few pics of my troubleshooting. Everything was working yesterday. I’m thinking it’s a layer 1 problem and I’ll need a new nic.http://

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It is possible the WiFi card is in need of replacing. You can then either replace the internal one or get an external one which connects via USB.
