Is this budget laptop good?

Hello. My brother wants to buy himself a laptop. I've looked for one on few popular websites from my country, and the best on performance and price was this one :

What do u think? He wants to use his laptop, not very often, for social media websites,movies,music and to play Dota 2 and similar games once in a while.(The video settings during game arent that much of a problem)
Please keep in mind that i just need a simple opinion as he's gonna buy this one anyway.
The processor is pretty much new (somewhere in 2014 released), the videocard... mhm, could've been better, the ram memory seems fine 4gb 1333MHz.

Its ok but not the best on the gaming side.
And it could become slow overtime

For normal things its ok but not for gaming.

If he wants something for gaming then he should have a higher processor like the i3, i5, or i7. He could use the laptop he wants for other things but its really not best for gaming.
