I've had my Turtle Beach z22's for nearly a year now and suddenly the microphone won't work on either my PS4 or PC

I don't know what happened to them, I don't treat them poorly. I thought at first it was my PS4's USB because it barely charges my controller, but I tried them on my PC and it won't work now either. I've payed around with every little setting. What gives?

Problem solved, wasn't plugged in all the way
