Solved! I've tried to reboot the tablet I hear noise like it want to come on but it will not come on what can be the problem?

The computer will not come in at all I've rebooted the computer and when I turn the power button on you can hear the noise like it want to come on but nothing happenes please help my mother bought it for my daughter for Christmas last year and now it's not working.

Simple things first. Does the tablet have external buttons to turn the brightness up and down? If it has, it may have accidentally turned all the way down.
