kaspersky 2012 slowed down pc. help

i loaded on kaspersky internet security 2012 onto my laptop and it slowed it down tremendously. i deleted it with that special remover and my pc still runns extremely slowly. my cpu usage and ram usage (the guages) sits at around 33% each when i am doing nothing. can someone help me get my laptop back to normal?

If you are sure it's from Kaspersky try doing a system restore. If you don't have any restore points before KIS then..download Process Explorer to see what is eating up your CPU and or RAM.
