Kenwood turntable model KD-500

How to replace wire and electrical plug 5 holes, goes into base of KD-500.

it is about 1 1/2 inches long, 1/4 inch diameter. Grey plastic has wires. Black end has 5 tiny ports. The thing plugs into the bottom of the turntable. I got the table at a swap shop. No other info.
