Keyboard does not work in Microsoft Office 2010

I am on a Windows 7 laptop using Microsoft Office 2010 through apps with the programs existing on my company server. I had to update my server password today. I also updated java and, I think, enable sticky keys (even though they're not showing as enabled).

Now, my keyboard will not function at all in any Office programs. It works fine in all other programs, but not Office. How can I correct this?
