keyboard does not work

my lenevo laptop keyboard does not work neither the external usb keyboard works. i don't know what is the problem.i am now working with my onscreen keyboard. Whenever i used the keys in the keyboard it gives a sound like (tak tak tak) and sometimes the shift button get pressed automatically. Please help me....

Sticky keys?? Sons laptop had the same issue. There's some keyboard settings you can do to disable the sticky key
