Keyboard key not working

Hii,
I had purchased Acer aspire E1-572 laptop. sunddenly 3 keys (CAPS, A, windows_key) has stopped working. Please help me to find the default. I am using windows 8.1 professional.
And i have tried to install drivers that is available on acer website..
