Keyboard stopped working - Synaptics drivers not working

Hello!

I am having nightmare with these synaptics drivers

1.A few days ago, my touchpad suddenly wasn't working (keyboard was still fine)

2.I went to the MSI support pages and downloaded the latest drivers

3.When I restarted after the installation, my pc suddenly wouldn't boot. Tried restarting many times, and finally managed to enter bios and restart in safe mode.

4.I then uninstalled the driver in safe mode and restarted. My pc then managed to boot, but the keyboard and touchpad still isn't working.

5.I then installed the drivers again (from another source), but the EXACT same thing happened again - pc was unable to boot. I did this a few times.

6.I then tried a system restore (the one where you keep your files, but all other settings are back to factory settings) but it didn't help.

Can anyone help me? I've been googling like a madman, but noone seems to have the exact same problem.

I am using Windows 10 on a MSI GE72 2QC Apache

Remove all drivers what you have problems about.

Then find them on device manager.

Right click on them about maybe had an exclamation on it.

Like this

It will be running again, restart when you upgraded your drivers.

Windows drivers are basic but all time running.

Issue seems like a bad keyboard, see if system works with an external keyboard with the laptop one unplugged from the motherboard.

I tried both the solutions and it didn't work.

I returned the lapton for repair, so I hope it will turn out ok.
