Keyboard wont work?

I must use the onscreen keyboard.
My keyboard sometimes won't let me type or move the mouse.
Sometimes it presses random things and repeats it alot.
HP Pavilion 14-b017cl 14" Laptop Computer, Intel® Core™ i5-3317U
Example I will type all this on my keyboard .
Plus Usb works fine, And I tried System Restore.
