I don't know what program i installed but now instead of the sip keyboard
changing the window size it just pop up over the window and I cannot see
what I am typing. Is there a way to change that back?

Try a soft reset.

Did you make any recent changes to your Pocket PC, like install any new
programs? Does this happen in only one application or in all
applications?

I think it happened with battery backup pro. But I uninstalled it and it
still happens.

Do you have a backup of your device from before you installed the
program?

No I do not I had formatted my windows machine that had all my pocketpc
stuff on it so I lost my backup stuff. There has to be someway to fix this
problem.

You may want to perform a hard reset - it may be the easiest and
quickest method to solve the problem.
