Kindle Fire, on fire

I recently got a NDS emulator for my kindle, so far it runs all my games perfectly. but the back feels a little hot I watch my cpu temperature while playing pokemon black, the cpu got a max of about 42C but the battery got 45c. Is this too hot? it's a Kindle fire 1st gen. I was told the TI omap4's max temperature was 70C, but I'm doubtful.

If it's made for android it shouldn't have a problem to worry about.Just let it rest and don't use it for gaming constantly
