EmsisoftEmergencyKit
malwarebytes
Avast
Avira
Bitdefender

Result : No virus or malware.

The problem in KIS firewall only (2011 & 2012).

For the 2010 edition it works well

Is the application just crashing? Have you checked on the vendor support site?

Yes, Kasper is crashing , and restarting, only when i try to open firewall settings.

If it's just that program, your best bet is to contact their support, although that file is a runtime library from MS. You may want to make sure you have the latest patches for .net and maybe install or re-install the C runtime library.
