Sounds OK, but you need to stress your machine. With Speccy open, go to your Start Screen and type Computer, Right Click on the box that says Computer and from the bottom of the screen choose 'Properties'
Click on Windows Experience Index' then 'Re run the Assessment'
Click on the Speccy window and watch your temps while the test is running....

Did you try with GPU-Z? 62 is OK for your CPU/Mobo, but your GPU might be warmer than that. If you try GPU-Z click the 'Sensors' tab to see if there's graph of temperature. Not all GPUs have a monitorable Temperature Sensor.
If you don't see any temperature problems try running System File Checker.
Winkey plus 'X'
Choose Command Prompt (Admin)
Type sfc /scannow and then Enter (Note spaces!)

It's quite a common fault with HP Laptops, that the GPU overheats and causes problems such as yours, shutdowns and loss of display. I don't understand why SFC is causing problems, it normally completes and gives you a report without rebooting.
Try Command prompt as before, this time type chkdsk /f /r then Enter.
(note spaces before /). Type Y and Enter to run the program when you restart Windows. Expect it to take a long time if you have a large drive. Use this to check out the chkdsk log

It's just possible that your HDD has a problem, if so this should find it...

Nothing seriously wrong with your Drive, then. Did you get any result with GPU-Z? Did the Temperature sensor show up?
If not you could try blowing through the Fan area with a can of compressed air (In both directions) in the hope that it may remove dust build-up. Otherwise if you have two sticks of RAM you could try removing one a at time to see if the shutdown recurs.

Sensor probably doesn't exist, then. Not all Manufacturers provide them. There is likely to be a build-up of dust in the Laptop Fan which you may be able to remove with compressed air, but the most effective way is to open up your laptop and give the fan a thorough clean. This may involve stripping the laptop down to the motherboard, not easy. I do this a lot, and I usually replace the plastic thermal pad on the GPU with a copper shim to improve efficiency, but that's another story.
