Laptop CPU Render times. I Need help deciding

I'm looking to buy a laptop for editing and rendering video while I am away from my desktop.

I'm looking into the i7 4700MQ, but am wondering if a cheaper option would be just as fast.

What specs does your laptops have and what are the render times of say a 10 minute 1080p 30fps video

Buying a new laptop. I can't afford more than $400.00.  From what I have found the I7 4700MQ looks to be my best bet. However, I don't know much about the AMD A10 8700p CPU.

I will mostly be using the laptop for editing and rendering videos when I'm away from my desktop.

I can't find any laptops with these cpus and a dedicated GPU, but GPUs aren't too useful when rendering too my knowledge.

My question is, which will be best for what I need and if anyone has any knowledge, what could I expect for 1080p 30fps render times?

Example, my old laptop I5 4200u took about 6 minutes to render every one minute of video. so an 10 minute video would take around an hour.

My desktop F3 8530 takes about 2 minutes for every one minute of video.

If anyone can recommend any similar spec laptops, used or new for around the same price. Please Let me know.
