laptop entering power save mode

hi, i have acer e575g (i5-7200u,gt940mx,1366x768) and dell monitor p2212hb(1080p). When i open fullscreen applications, i see "Entering power save mode" after 2-3 seconds, but i can open windowed applications (games,matlab).
I tried performance mode(battery and plug in), pci-e maximum performance, lowered resolution to 768p. i also tried duplicate,extended and show only 2nd monitor options but still i couldnt solve this.
Please help me, i cant enjoy of my monitor

Try this...

1. Go into "Control Panel" and then "Power Options".

2. Click the "Change plan settings" link next to which ever plan you are currently using and then click "Change advance power settings".

3. Go through the list of options here and make sure all settings are doing what you want. I would not do only 'one' setting change in there as the problem you are having can be attributed to a few different ones. Make sure you look at all of them.

4. When you have made all your changes then click "Apply" and then click "OK".

5. I would suggest then you restart the computer and see if the issue returns. If it does, then there may be an application/program on the device that is the cause and not the system itself.
