Laptop for programming in latest unreal engine

I'm looking to get into programming in the latest Unreal Engine. My current laptop does not have a graphics card that can support.

Things I'm looking for in a laptop

1. Video card that can support Unreal Engine
2. At least 17" screen
3. SSD
4. Backlit Keyboard
5. Mechanical Keyboard

I'd like to be able to compile quickly and not break the bank. Does anyone have a recommendation on a new or used laptop that would fit the bill?

It depends on what "not break the bank" means. What's your budget? There aren't any cheap laptops that have an SSD, 17" screen and mechanical keyboard.
