Laptop for school

Im looking for a laptop that can be used for school work and light gaming.
If anybody can help me that would be great.
This laptop needs to be light, portable, fairly large battery life and under $500.
Another thing is that I would prefer it to be an i3 or i5 processor, I really don't like pentium or celeron processors.
Also it would be great if it was a 2 in 1 laptop tablet.

I would look at the asus transformer range. I don't remember if they have i3 or i5s. You could get a sp2.

I was considering one earlier but the keys were WAY too small.
