My friend spilled some mineral water on his laptop and now some keys outputs are wrong but all keys are working. He immidiately turned laptop over and waited a few minitues. After that appearently keys didn't dried enough and not working as it should. So what solution we might have apply to keyboard? Its been 24 hours btw.

Water will damage components of any laptop if it gets in while it's turned on. He's lucky that it was only the keyboard that got damaged, because most laptops are permanently damaged by water spills under keyboards since the motherboard is right under the keyboard.

He can open it up and check that the ribbon cable is completely plugged in, but otherwise it's pretty safe to assume that it is permanently damaged, and will need a replacement. It's also entirely possible that the motherboard WAS damaged and is leading to incorrect outputs. It's not entirely clear until you try a different keyboard.
