Laptop not using AMD gpu - Lenovo IP00 - R7 M360

I tried to play Civilization VI on my laptop and when I run it, it says
"Graphics setup has failed. Please ensure that your system has a correctly configured, compatible graphics device."
I have windows 10 installed.

I already have tried the following:
- Updating VGA driver.
- Installed AMD Radeon settings and added the game to It's game list. Did try to launch it from there.

I also have noticed weak graphics on other less graphical games like tower wars too. Seems like my GPU hasn't been working on them too.
But Adobe Photoshop does detect it as I checked in it's preferences menu.

Did you install the AMD drivers provided by Lenovo, before installing any AMD-direct provided updates?

Have you tried any benchmarking tools (like Unigine Heaven or Valley) to test your M7 360?
