laptop shutting off when unplugged from charger

hey ive got the acer ES1-511 and its doing the same thing and i cant remove my battery at all its built and i have no clue what to do need asap

If you are not under warranty, then open the laptop and read the voltage on the battery when it is not charged and you try to start it. What is the difference in voltage when you compare the battery's rating to the voltage you read. There will be multiple cells with multiple wires. So, read off the voltage of the each cell.
