Laptop tech support

Hello I just recently bought an Acer labtop/tablet and I'm trying to find certain apps like Instagram and snapchat and the store keeps saying it can't find those apps or it Dosent have it I tried resetting my labtop but it's still the same nothing change how do I fixed this??

In what store? Are you talking about the Windows Store? Just go to the website for those programs and install them from there. There is no Windows program for Instagram just go to the web site. Snapchat does not look like you can do anything on their website at all for a regular computer, looks to be just an Android or iOS program.
