Question Laptop temperatures suddenly started rising

I have a Dell Insipiron 5590 with:
i7-10510U
8gb ram
mx 250
windows 10

I bought my laptop on September 2019 and everything till June was fine, the temperatures were never too high to make the fan start spinning which makes a lot of noise for when I'm studying. So now even when the laptop is idle and I'm doing nothing, the temperatures start to go around 60°C which triggers the fan permanently and the temperatures stay around 50°C but with the noise of the fan. I thought the problem was with the fan, so I sent the laptop back to Dell and they replaced it, but I still had the issue. I decided to repaste the cpu and gpu with arctic silver 5, but still with no succes. Can anyone help me?

Maybe you got some malware on ya pc leeching off ur resources.
