I currently own a sony vaio pcg-81313m laptop. It's got :
-Intel Core i7-2670QM @ 2.20 Ghz
-6 GB ram
-Nvidia Geforce GT 540m 2 GB GPU
-Full HD 1080p IPS display 16 inch
-Windows 10 64bit
My question is whether or not can I replace my graphics card to a better one ? And maybe add up my RAM a little bit ? Since I just wanna play Black ops 3, if I can , what graphics card can I get thats less than 120$ preferably that will run it smoothly at average settings? Thanks in advance.

It does not appear that that laptop has MXM capability, so you cannot change the card. the card might be soldered in, or it simply will not support an upgrade. I am afraid you will just have top bear with it and save up for a better laptop. it is a shame that is is like this, but only really high end laptops tend to support GPU upgrades.
