Laptop won’t charge or turn on, I’ve replaced the battery & charger but nothing happens

Laptop wouldn’t charge afew days ago so I’ve replaced the battery & charger. When I put in the new battery & charger it still wouldn’t charge. Now it’s completely ran out of charge & won’t turn on.

Hi, what you want me to do, you have a component on the motherboard that is defective, you can try to hold the power button for a minute after removing the battery and charger. But I do not think it will do anything.
