Lenovo b590 fan noise & vibration

I first cleaned the fan from dust. When trying to boot it gives fan error and shuts down.
I then opened the laptop, applied some lube and that seemed to fix it. When I re-assembled the entire thing it still made the noise and vibrated alot. When I push down the middle of the part sounds like it "snaps" to place and stops vibrating. Is there any way to fix this or is the fan broken?

Fans are pretty cheap, get a replacement and see if that fixes it. Although you may also not have assembled it correctly, but may as well try another fan.
