Lenovo E420 motherboard replacement

Hi all,

I'm trying to find a motherboard for lenovo E420 which has long expired warranty. My motherboard FRU 04W0462, and all that I found on ebay are 04W0712 and 04W0394. Visually it is the same motherboard but I am not sure whether there is a difference because it is not the same FRU. Any help is welcome. Sorry for my bad English.

My E420 is:

Machine type model 114179G
Machine info i3-2310M(2.1GHz), 4GB RAM, 500GB 7200rpm HD, 14in 1366x768 LCD, Intel HD Graphics,
