Hi,
I have Lenovo T430 laptop, i was cleaning it and closed the lid so it went to the sleepmode, when i turned on bottom row keys werent working - including the one above bottom row that starts with z, also enter key.
I was using same solution that i use for cleaning the screen so it should be relativly safe plus T430 should be spill resistant.
I removed the keyboard and checked the cable and connection to the MOBO, everything looked fine but its still not working. However when im on login screen, it shows like key Z, that shouldnt be working, is constantly pressed down and typed to my password field. When i connected my usb keyboard, all keys on it worked fine.
Im running win 10 and havent had any issues.
So this leaves me possibility that mobo is defective, keyboard is defective or software related. My warranty wore off few months ago so im trying to figure it out before i send it for the technicians as they are going to charge me if i do so. I dont want to order new keyboard before i can be almost sure it helps.
