Lenovo Thinkpad L440 webcam not detected

Hello
I recently did a fresh win10 pro installation and since then my webcam does not get detected by any app or the device manager. I changed the cable for it and still nothing. I searched for about 2hrs about this problem and I found nothing.
Can someone please help me? The webcam was working fine before the fresh installation.

Most Lenovo laptops need additional app from Lenovo for configuring whether microphone / camera are enabled. Make sure you've downloaded Lenovo System Update, and have installed all updates.

Nope. That didnt do anything since the laptop doesnt detect the webcam. This is frustrating cuz I want the webcam instead of an external camera

From the page you downloaded the Lenovo System Update from, it states:

"Lenovo System Update may need to be run multiple times to ensure all updates have been downloaded and installed successfully"

I did run it mny times. All drivers are installed. But still no webcam found
