Lenovo Yoga Pro 2 - US to UK charger change?

Hey there people, wishing you guys can help me on this.

I recently brought a Lenovo Yoga Pro 2 from the US on holiday but realised now I'm back in the UK that I need to get a volt converter to get the charger to work in the uk.

My question is, if I just brought a brand new UK charger for the laptop would that work or not?
