Question LG 2017 smart TVs, strange trace

hi i have almost 1 YO LG ips tv (43uj650)
with a strange problem
the only thing i do with this TV is playing ps4 pro (rarely!!)
today after 4month i turn it on and start playing wolfenstine and for some reason i had to pause the game for 1-2 min
after that i notice a trace of wolfenstine Logo on my screen which fade way after 10-20 scc !!! what the hell is that? this TV have less than 150 hour usage (tops)
what should i do? do i have to use warrenty service? is it a software update?

my 10 YO Sony LCD have no such problem! but its FHD

This happens even when the TV was off for a while? If yes then contact LG support.

do u mean if the TV screen is off, that fade thing still on my screen? No its not
or do u mean if i turn of the tv, the problem apear immediatly? if so, i guess not! BC i tried that last night , i turn it on, and i couldnt see it after 1 min! (on TV channel , not HDMI)
