LG Tv has horizontal lines

Back story: I have a LG 47LD520 tv. We had a storm and my hdmi connections started having issues as far as my ruko not

working ext. I unplugged everything, plugged it in and then everything worked. Then another storm hit where we lost power. HDMI connections started having problems again, so I unplugged, replugged, and then turned off tv. Went to tune it back on and the red light flickered, turned blue and then nothing. I replaced the power board and main board (with parts from eBay). Now it turns on and I see the back light but the picture is grey black and sometimes colored lines. What can I do now?

Buy new TV and probably small ups for saftey of electronics if storms are common, that should be my opinion since you have replaced the electronics.
