LG tv not programmed

Suddenly my LG tv when turned on has a sign saying "not programmed " on the screen , I have tried to auto tune didn't work came up with "check your antenna connection". Did that by plugging another to into the cable worked fine , even bought a new cable , it appears I have a signal going to the cable I plug into the back of the the tv but doesn't go any further , any suggestions

We recently bought a new LG HDsmart TV, over the Christmas period while we were not home, the TV lost all its programmes and auto tune can’t get any programs now. We haven’t been able to fix it, the LG customer service said we should try use another TV to test the antana which we don’t have. So annoying! The TV worked perfectly fine before we left the house. My husband did unplug the TV while we were away, but I have reset the TV since back and nothing improved.
