Question LG V30+ Orange Border When Playing Videos

For some reason, when I play a video in the browser, a orange border shows up around the video. I have all the accessibility options off so I don't know why it is there. Does anybody know how to remove the orange border? I have a picture below. The orange is in the corners.

I am not sure as I bought the phone second hand but if it were my guess, I have confirmed that it an OLED screen because of the true blacks in the dark so my guess it is OEM. The orange only happens to videos in the browser but if I play back in an app like YouTube, there is no orange border.

I asked because that border looks similar to something I saw with a Samsung Note that had to have a screen replaced. The screen certainly worked, but there were some differences from the original display.
