LOC to LCD TV Speakers

I am planning to add LOC (PAC SNI35 Adjustable) to my LCD tv SPEAKERS and then fed them to an amplifier. The purpose is still to have volume control with my TV remote and solve my frequent internal speaker failure. Will this hurt the TV board??
