Logitech Gaming Pro Headset Microphone doesnt work

Hello, so today I just got my new headset. My laptop only has 1 hole to plug my headset but that isnt a problem because logitech has splitter for it, I used the splitter but my audio was very bad so I used my 3.5mm to USB splitter and audio is fine but my microphone is not registering any voice, I tried unmuting, removing realtek, updating realtek everything but my microphone still cant hear me. I have windows 10 but I think my headset is supported by win 10. I also tried privacy settings but that did not help too.

Hello, so until today I only used USB headphones but I bought this new headphones and they have 1 jack for both headset and microphone, when I put it in my laptop it doesnt work, my laptop has only 1 space for both microphone and headset so it should be ok, I tried using USB adapter but it doesnt work either, sound works perfectly but I dont have any microphone except for "Mic in at front panel (black)" that sounds terrible and "Microphone" which I think is just my built in microphone in laptop. All of them are Realtek High Definition Audio. I tried a lot of tutorials but nothing works.
