Looking for a cheap but good Receiver / Amp

Im looking for something that can power some extra speakers and a sub woofer i have and has a remote
I have 2 surround sound systems but both arnt very good
my budget is under 100$

AV receivers don't have subwoofer amps built in so that will be a problem for you. Your budget limits you to used gear. New receivers start closer to $300 than to $200 and you would still need a sub amp.
