Looking for a specific cable...

So I am looking for a Y-cable that has 2 female RCA plugs that turn into 1 female 1/8th inch stereo plug. I aquired one years ago and I am looking for a new one and can't seem to find one anywhere on the internet. I have attached an image linked from Imgur.com

What you describe in the text is different than the picture ( shows a 1/8" mini jack not plug.)
